Scale
Compatibility
We recommend using a
digital scale with a capacity of at least 10 lbs. and an accuracy of
0.001 lbs. Your average batch size will dictate the capacity and
accuracy of the scale you need.
The
MixMaster 4.0 and The
MixMaster, Jr. 2.0 are capable of displaying batches in pounds,
ounces, kilograms, or grams. With this ability, they are compatible
with just about any type of scale.
Our software does not require a data
connection to the scale you use.
